Chamber Players Program Absence Policy
Small ensemble coachings require full participation for maximum educational value. Every student's weekly presence matters.
Families must contact CMI at cmi@uoregon.edu in the case of any planned or emergency student absence.
Multiple absences may result in the student being replaced for 1) the performance only or 2) the remainder of the term, including the performance.
Coachings will not be cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, regardless of student absences. Makeup/additional sessions will be scheduled at CMI's discretion.

Summer Lessons for CMI students
We encourage all families to consider taking summer lessons and attending the Northwest Suzuki Institute: great ways to keep your music-learning momentum going!
Find the registration form for NSI here: http://www.northwestsuzukiinstitute.org/
Our summer lesson registration works differently than the rest of the year. Please fill out and return our summer lesson request form to enroll. You are welcome to sign up for as many or as few lessons as you would like by selecting the weeks you are available: we'll place you with your regular instructor for the weeks he or she is available, and place you with an alternate teacher for the weeks your regular teacher is away.
Please be sure to offer us three days and times in order for us to process your request quickly: we need multiple possibilities to connect you to an instructor whose schedule matches yours.
We welcome your completed requests at your earliest convenience, and no later than June 1.
